This is a pasture raised half chicken that has been cut from breast keel bone to the spine. It is basically half of a spatchcock which is excellent for broiling or BBQ. The birds are vacuum sealed and frozen on the day they are processed to ensure maximum freshness. They are sold by the lb but we will not know the exact size until we pack your order. Please select the approximate size you wish. You will be billed for the minimum of that size. When your order is packed we will invoice you for the additional.
