This is a pasture raised whole chicken that has been spatchcocked. This is basically a chicken that has been cut along the spine and flattened (some call it a butterfly cut). This configuration is awesome for the BBQ and also in the broiler. Birds are vacuum sealed and frozen on the day they are processed to ensure maximum freshness. They are sold by the lb but we will not know the exact size until we pack your order. Please select the approximate size you wish. You will be billed for the minimum of that size. When your order is packed we will invoice you for the additional. In most cases the actual cost will be very close to the original cost. Please contact us if you have questions.
