Get locally grown, freshly harvest greens all Winter! A great early holiday present for the foodie in your life, or just to secure your source of salads during the darkest time of the year. 8 weeks of Winter greens, as well as adding a storage crop most weeks including winter squash, radish and garlic. Running from mid-December through mid-February, you'll get 4 items delivered to your door every Friday including at least 3 different greens. First delivery is December 11th, and we'll skip Christmas and New Years weeks and go till at least February 12th. Greens will include spinach, arugula, spring mix, winter mix and baby kale. All grown in our unheated high tunnels (greenhouses) all Winter!
