Our farm fresh eggs are laid by our free range hens. They lay eggs in a variety of colors. Spring and Summer yield brightly colored yolks from golden to orange. During the Fall and Winter production slows and we usually suspend sales of our eggs until our hens are laying daily again. Eggs come unwashed, right out of the nest box to you and have their bloom intact for storage on the counter. It is recommended that you wash the eggs before use or store in the fridge. Taste the difference between our eggs and the store, which often times will sell eggs 3-6 months after they have been laid and washed in chlorine.
